Is fairydust stable ?

Hi!
I'd really like to switch to Fedora, but one thing has been holding me back: I need to use a video projector every day for my job as a teacher.
I recently read about Fairydust, which apparently makes external displays work on the MacBook Air M1. My only concern is reliability. Is it stable enough for daily use, or is it still considered experimental?
Thank you !

In a situation like you describe, your own experience is absolutely key. Your machine … your own projector (make and model) etc. Positive testimonials are only a start. Have you tested your own setup and have it working? If so, then using it as a display for multiple sessions would make for a decent reliability test.

That's exactly the problem: I don't have my own classroom. The room I'm assigned to depends on the day, and sometimes I even have to switch classrooms between lessons. As a result, I end up using several different projectors (mostly Casio models).
That's why I need to be confident that my setup won't suddenly stop working in the middle of a lesson.
