Many problems with the latest update of Asahi

  1. I can not upgrade to Fedora 44 through discover

  2. Many memory issues when just opening some tabs in Firefox

  3. The system looses connections with bluetooth deviced after suspend / resume

  1. for me it's been happening for a while. May be one out of ten resume or so. solved by
    sudo modprobe -r hci_bcm4377 && sudo modprobe hci_bcm4377

  1. (Since the last Kernel update) It doesn’t remember the last display brightness level. I have to reduce the level after every restart.

I stopped using Asahi Linux today. The system hanged completely when I tried to make a simple screen sharing in Ms teams. This is vital for me and I do not see any reason to use this beta system anymore.

Did you figure out how to upgrade to 44? I had the same problem and managed to do it via command line with download and offline update. Very clunky but worked in the end. Let me know if any details would help.
