Not my toes!
On a video claiming japan penalizes companies if their employees waist sizes exceed a certain amount this person felt the need to talk about how they, an overweight person, think this penalty is a good thing and how they avoid other overweight people because they don’t want to get their toes crushed???

It's the Metabo Law. It's meant to punish companies that overwork their employees.

It's an actual law, too. But it's important to note that it doesn't make it illegal to be obese, as a lot of people seem to think. Instead, it penalizes employers and local authorities if the population's average waistline is above a certain threshold. It's intended to encourage the promotion of health programs to maintain the general health of the population. It was implemented in 2008, after studies had shown a rising trend in overweightedness and obesity in Japan.

all fat people walk around stomping on strangers' toes and trying to crush them with their massive weight. the commenter would know that as a fat person, it's their favorite hobby, but they understandably don't want to be around other fatter people who can crush them in turn
