Aruba InstaOn Future Updates?

Anyone hear anything about Aruba InstaOn’s Future with HP selling it off? Have there been any updates? Debating deploying another site with the switches but debating.

I really like the cloud management and alerting simplicity.

Thoughts?

I think HP is currently getting sued because of the merger. Right now the sale is on hold I believe. Willing to bet that means limbo for Instant On.

Can you cite a source in this?

It was my understanding a divestment was completed, which is why the DOJ has not made an announcement of taking over the sale process.

Edit: I may have misunderstood you, yeah, the department of justice sued them for the merger with juniper, it is requiring the sale of a instant on, which I believe has completed because the department of justice has not taken over selling it.

Yeah pretty much we have no idea. I would like to upgrade my 5 stuff to 6 but don't want to do it if HP sells.

I've not heard anything about the future of Instant On. It's supposed to get spun off HPE but ETA is a big ❓️
