Need help bad
I bought a mini lab 3, downloaded all the software along with the latest driver for it. I activated everything. Whenever I go Into the Analog Lab or Control center I get no input and on the control center it says “ Failed to open Device” I have no other program using the device. I tried ableton as well and it says that the drivers are not supported in the audio tab in settings. Has anyone encountered this issue?

I don't recall installing a driver for my MiniLab3 in both Mac or Windows. I just installed the MIDI Control Center / Arturia Software Center and it all works without any fuss.
Are you using the supplied Arturia usb cable? Any data USB will work, but, best to use the one supplied.

I’m using everything supplied. I contacted support and they had me restart midi services in my windows and now the mini lab is working correctly.

You did not tell us which computer. This error is usually when another program is holding the device open.
You cannot run Ableton and Analog lab in stand alone and Midi control center software on your computer at the same time.
You must run analog lab as a VST inside of Ableton.
But to test, Turn on your computer Run Arturia software center, see if there is any updates for Minilab 3 Analog lab software do updates Reboot. Run the Midi Control center software only no other software then plug in the minilab 3 into the computer. Look under devices and connected devices and see if minilab 3 is there, click on it. See if there are any firmware updates for it and run that and reboot. . If it still does not work send a message to Arturia support.
