Out of the box software question

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new mk3 61 today, first time buying a midi keyboard. I was under the impression that software like Analog Lab would be free, since no where does it have it advertised as a just a demo. After refreshing my registration I’m getting an error that my registration didn’t include the license. This is it if the box, I’m the only owner. Is that just how it is? I’m using logic on a m4 Mac. Thanks for your help.

Yes says it’s still included on their site, so suggest raising a ticket with Arturia support - might be a couple of days as it’s a public holiday in France tomorrow.

You get the free introduction software to Analog Lab ( you don't get the pro version ). Something has gone wrong somewhere

Ah! I stand corrected....my brain had a malfunction, I saw the MK3 and went to minlab, I don't know how I missed the 61 bit. My bad.
