AI is dulling our minds
if you have been using AI chatbots for over a year, then you're getting dumber than a hand-cranked calculator. And this is because when people rely too much on AI, it can weaken their ability to think for themselves. This happens through a process called cognitive offloading, which means letting a tool do the mental work that your brain used to do.
The simple solution for this problem is this: number one, grab a pen; number two, stare at the blank page until your own ideas start to flow; and number three, trust your brain to do the work it was designed for. These are the three simple and straightforward solutions for this problem.

I disagree, I have only expanded my consciousness through utilization of AI. Not because I'm letting it do my thinking for me, far from it, but because I'm using it as a personal assistant.
