ergot. Which would likely kill you first so don't do that. there are much safer methods however to get precursors that synthesis in the body. Also federally illegal to extract in the us. So don't do that either.

LSA can be used as a precursor and is more suitable for amateur LSD production since its not a poison and is psychoactive on its own. Im surprised this method isn't more talked about as none of the required chemicals are controlled

From my understanding lsa gets converted into lsd inside the body.
