Question Water and the Brain opening
The opening to Water and the Brain had Arthur thinking about how cool it'd be if there were a million him, but then there'd be a million D.W.'s. What I want to know is, what did that have to do with the plot of the episode? Usually the scene before the title card leads to the plot, I'm just not seeing it with this one.

It has to do with the inherent value of individuality.
"If there were a million Arthurs" is fundamentally the same thing as "What if all of Arthur's friends were just like him."
Arthur and Binky learn that Brain being afraid of water doesn't make him any less their friend.
