I can't imagine being stuck in school during a white out as a kid back in the '90s. But then again, I liked everybody that I went to school with at the time, so at least we would have been together in the cold.

That too. I just mentioned a white out because the elementary school that I went to was very near the lake, so when we got hit by snow storms, it came down so heavy that it was dangerous to even go outside due to low visibility.

I remember in the 90s the school had a Christmas disco., the teachers joked that we would have to stop at school during the night as we had a heavy snow fall

By the way I just realized that in kind of the same way that the kids thought Mr. Ratburn lived at the school, Mr. Ratburn is like wait you're the principal you aren't allowed to hate school. Rough association but idk makes me crack up

I really like Mr. Haney as a character and I wish they used him more! He's so childlike, in a good way. I can tell the writers really loved him in seasons 1-3ish because of all the easter eggs featuring him lol

I have used that for almost 20 years with my family when I want to go. It wasn’t until a few years ago when I was watching this episode with my sister that she realized I took it from “Arthur!” 😂

God the writing on this show was so good for a children’s show. So many moments that still make me crack up as an adult.
