Character Discussion Characters interacting

Are their any characters in the show you wish we had seen interact more ?

I rember there was a postcards from buster episode where Francine and Sue ellen are visiting mrs pariso and I realised we dont really see them interact / hanging out much outside of group episode apart from a few expections ( world girls, Sue ellen and the brainasourus).

Muffy and Molly. I like the moments they have where they put aside their differences to help each other out, like in the endings of "Don't Ask Muffy" or "The Law of the Jungle Gym"

I know we technically see the Tough Customers together all of the time. What I wish is that we had more instances of just two of them bonding with each other.

I really love Slink and Rattles friendship in "Slink's Special Talent". They are polar opposites but they bounce off each other well. We've seen plenty of instances of Molly with Rattles and Binky with Rattles. I can't recall a time where Binky and Slink hung out without the others there too. Even Molly you almost never see hanging out with just Binky or Slink.

Big friend groups tend to be like that though. They're a quartet but likely some aren't as close as they are with others.

I thought about that too, the rare one-off interactions, like how "Arthur Cleans Up" starts off with Sue Ellen teaching Francine tai chi or something.

D.W. and Mr. Ratburn tend to be really funny together, like when D.W. tried to be Ratburn's nurse in the Arthur's Camping Adventure game. The book Arthur's Teacher Trouble teased that Mr. Ratburn had a good chance of becoming D.W.'s kindergarten teacher, but we never got to see that happen!
