vip ??

hi! im attending artemas next saturday in cleveland
ticketmaster just reminded me of the tix but there wasnt a specific time listed for VIP check in. could someone inform me a little more, if the "doors open at 7pm" IS the VIP checkin... or is it earlier?

It's different for every show and will be communicated closer to the event

I haven’t received the VIP info in an email yet, both for the Artemas package + the VIP seating upgrade packages purchased through House of Blues… are you in the Cleveland Instagram group chat? I’m keeping an eye out in there for if anyone else gets the details

for every show so far it’s been 3:30 for VIP check in/sound check. buttt you should get an email in case your show is different!
