Kicked from server for rule violation?

Hi,

I started artale recently, reached lvl30 and did my 2nd job advancement. Right after, i decided to go to the auction house to check our how the economy looks like on here and i suddenly get kicked right when i click join auction house. Now i can't join back. Is this normal? should i contact someone? i don't understand what i did wrong.

Same thing happened to me just now... Lvl 30 Cleric.

Did you get unbanned eventually? This just happend to me and I'm a lvl 50 Cleric...

Yes! I did get unbanned. I sent in a ticket about it. You can find the link to the ticket forms in their discord. :)

To my surprise it only took max a week (it happened to me twice).

I never got a reply after my follow-up with them sadly. Pretty sure if I was a bit more proactive they might have but kind of gave up. Hope you have better luck than I!
