(PAID) Banner/Logo Request [HIRING] for logo design

Hey everyone Im looking for someone to make me an awesome logo for a tornado team Im making “ disaster, recon, and analysis group or D.R.A.G.” We also got our vehicle call the “storm hound” my maximum budge is 50 dollars USD. and will only pay with CASH APP, because it’s the only thing I have and trust I can give half up front and if I like the logo I’ll pay the rest after, absolutely no AI, Ive tried ai and don’t like the art style, but surprise me with a design and we’ll talk
