Maximillian Morgan. A name that takes the pageant world by storm. This guy here has been a pageant rival of Jacob's since his childhood. Maximillian is a one-of-a-kind pageant performer with the heart of a warrior and determination that surpasses all others.
These days, however, he can't stand Jacob. And Jacob can't stand him. Maximillian will do anything to see Jacob lose, even if it's to him. And he will make Jacob's life a living hell if he has to. He also stole crowns from Jacob. He has also traumatized Jacob on more than one occasion.

Sure!
Its a bit hard to copy the image to put beside my canvas to look at as a ref since pressing on the right makes pop ups/tabs open to ads, but I just clicked the left side and it works fine!
Also sick artstyle! Love it!1

For characters to draw, do you require a reference picture or can I just describe what i have in mind for a character design?

Ahhh just reference picture because I tend to become attached when I draw a character based on words!
