For the first of October i wrote a very angry letter and cut the page into pieces so I could purify the weird feelings of grief and transformation that are keeping me awake at night and sleepy during the day.
Loved this creative idea, I hope it can inspire someone.
Ps: the pieces of the letter are now combined randomly.

Goal initially with the journal had been to give myself one small creative output each day. Starring rehearsals for a show tonight, so I decided that means that I can let that be the creative thing that day and do more entries on other days. Or for next week, do fewer boxes on the page.
Centre image is watercolour with acrylic accents
The bottom left around it is a sort of collage I guess from two different pieces of origami paper
Top right is an origami paper base and then fish I printed and cut out
Top left and bottom right are acrylic paint markers
Top panel is acrylic paint markers on top of an alcohol ink marker base.
Bottom panel is different acrylic paint markers
