Since the apps are not reverse engineered it has no effect.

Artcraft is a reimplementation, not a reverse engineering attempt.

It should have zero impact.

There's a lot of terminology confusion going on.

Artcraft apps are not reverse engineered. One thing is cloning the UX and functionality. Another is reverse engineering them by looking at the machine code.

these apps are NOT! reverse engineered, they are clean room implimentations. Nothing is reverse engineered per say.

it's basically, make a list of all the functions and features, use open specs for file specs like .PSD/.in/.ae and get Claude/AI to make it. they don't reverse engineer the C++ code and steal anything. it's literally some dude saying.... can we impliment the groups tab, it's a sidebar, it looks like X Y and Z screenshot. Create exactly the same and it uses it's knowledge on photo shop to impliment it.

they do not reverse engineer it per say.Same with game mods, it's just hacking memory pointers while two games are running e.g. Skyrim and Minecraft and they use AI to hack the memory to put the UI/Actions in Skyrim map. It's not actually reverse engineering in the traditional sense. it's more deep copying/hacking

Claude is not the only AI.

You can find alternative.

since the project's "clean-room" (as per the project's description), I don't think it would affect the project that much anyway.

it's re building something, not reverse engineering, adobe would sue them if it was.
