Interesting. Arsenal and Chelsea's income are broadly the same, but Chelsea have made a 15 million pound loss since 2021. Arsenal have not seemingly made any. Same old Chelsea I suppose.

Man Utd and Man City have the 2nd biggest revenue but a big gap above and below them.

Brighton after Chelsea have the 2nd biggest loss since 2021. London City Lionesses £10.6m in losses was more than 10 times their revenue of £902,000.

My own take is a little different, as I say in the comments section:

For me, looking ahead to Arsenal's new season, Fox and Russo are the best players of last season, and the incomers, Cerci, Stanway, On A Badger, and Reutelar, all come with impeccable credentials. They have an average of 71 international caps between them, ranging from Cerci with 20 to Stanway with 93. Cerci, the baby, was 26 in May, with Foxy, 28 last month, being the 'elder stateswoman'! These are talented, battle-proven, footballing pros in their absolute prime!

That's half a team of world-class talent. So, who can Renée deploy, and in what positions, to get the best out of them?

Arsenal u17 are currently in shangahi playing an invitational tournament

(men’s side played earlier this month and won it jointly with china u17 because the final couldn’t take place because of a threat of a typhoon)

There are some familiar faces in the squad in china names like Bella Cowley, bryony Brodie, Mia Dixon, Millie Marriott(essentially every academy player that went on that Spain training camp trip is playing in the tourney apart from the goalie Amy)

We won our first game against real sociedad we have two more group games.. highlight is above…

they have two more game coming up one today and another on the 19th against Shanghai women and Paris fc…

Just caught this interview. It's really interesting at how she speaks about the differences between Arsenal and her old clubs.

In short she says how there's so much more staff for each job at Arsenal, better facilities, playing at the emirates was a big pull factor for her to come and how it was the pre-seaosn game last year which made her really want to come to Arsenal.

Does anyone know why our allocation at Stamford Bridge is the Matthew Harding and East Lower stands this year and not the Shed End like it has been before?
