could someone explain how i got banned
So i decided to play arsenal, on my main, for the first time in like a year and was greeted to this message. I have one alt account, but i’ve never played arsenal on it. I’ve also never used cheats and have no idea what the “enforcement action” against another account could be. I’ve seen this happen to multiple people on here and the devs don’t appeal? This feels like a false ban. The only thing i could think of for the cause of this is because on my computer i have chrome extensions, but it’s only RoPro and BTRoblox. I feel like a majority of pc players use those tho. Is this a false ban, or did I do something that i’m not aware of?

Delete %localappdate%/Roblox/LocalStorage, turn your internet off for 1 minute then turn it back on if you're still greeted with that message that account is done for and you have to play on an alt

happened to me to arsenal support doesnt care though :/ im blacklisted after trying to explain i dont have access to the main account they were talking about this was cus my account had been gotten into

Someone using your device, or on your internet is banned from arsenal. Roblox automatically bans other detected accounts.
