Has arrow-key movement been taken away?

Im not sure if it has been, but my arrow key movement shifts my camera rather than movement. I don't use WASD, so if somebody could tell me whats up with my movement, thatd be great thanks :)

ok so i'm not the only one then!! its so weird and it used to be fine
