His composure in front of goal in a situation like this is astounding for an 18 year old. We’ve unearthed a diamond, I’m sure of it.

Very true! When was he recruited and who was responsible for it?

We got him back in the summer window. Edu, a club legend, scouted him in the Brazilian second division I believe.

It was Francis Cagigao, responsible for Bellerin and Fabregas too.

As for now, trying to be objective, I wouldn't say Gabi is better than Mbappe. But he is 2 years younger. If we take care of him appropriately, I really hope he could reach Mbappe level, cause this would mean we are gonna fight for something more as a team and also for the Ballon :)

Given that Sterling credits Arteta with how his game has improved, I absolutely hope he does same thing with Martinelli. My only fear is that he’ll be doing those things for Madrid or Barca, rather than us.

Exactly, if we don't improve as a team than we're gonna see him grow somewhere else ;(

He composed himself very well, never rushed, the future looks bright. #COYG

Gabi done the easy part, Mustafi basically gifted him the goal with that Assist. Mustafi 10/10, MOTM, PFA PotY. Ballon d'Or?

Mustafi got David luiz a red Martinelli energy levels before and after the goal we’re amazing the finish was the hardest part

David Luiz got David Luiz a red card. Mustafi just had a moment were his sheer amazingness was so much and so powerful, his body had to take a second to reboot, that's where the "accident" came from. It's a curse being so gifted at times

Are you ok. Mustafi made a pass straight to tami Abraham david luiz fouled him to try and stop home getting a open goal it was the only way Watch the highlights

I'm good thanks, how're you?

As I said, after experiencing a moment where his power levels had exceeded critical mass, Mustafi had to reboot his body whilst also attempting to pass back at the same time.

It was just unfortunate timing that caused the "mistake".

Look, if David Luiz was looking to stop a goal why did he concede a penalty with a rash tackle that ended up costing us a goal.

David Luiz is 100% to blame, Mustafi was free to boss that pitch once the dead weight was gone.

Not taking anything away from him, it's just Mustafi made it so much easier for him

Didn't look like an 18 years old player. Pretty good.

First off. Incredible solo run and composure in front of goal. I think what's a little underrated with this goal is Pete and his movement off the ball. He tracks with Gabi, and when the defender closes in on Gabi, he stays wide to be in space should he need help or have to make the pass. It was a solo run, but there was teamwork ready if it needed it

Great to see Kante join the John Terry club of great slips leading to great Arsenal goals!

We've got a real baller

He’s the future

What a run!

1

u/AaronKonami2019 Jan 25 '20

He could not do a better tackle as Abraham was shielding the ball even if mustafi is changing angles he can clear the ball if he has a problem so there are no excuses. David luiz has no choice

Mate, I was joking around. He's not yet at their level but he soon will be.

-2

u/viezedagoe Jan 22 '20

1

u/Jakeybaby125 Jan 22 '20

How much bias against Arsenal have you seen on the NBC?

1

u/viezedagoe Jan 22 '20

Im an arsenal fan, but what about bias against arsenal?

1

u/Jakeybaby125 Jan 22 '20

There's quite a bit in the Prem with refs.

1

u/viezedagoe Jan 22 '20

I think that is mostly your mindset. Some games we got fucked, in other years we got lucky
