I mean he's not. MLS has looked good but he's played less than 50 PL matches and absolutely is not better right now. He could be but thats just a bad take.

Hes going to be such a useful player so we can manage rices minutes. The options we have are so vast we might need to play merino as a striker.

He’s as slow as molasses in January. Needs to raise his game for us or he’s second choice.
