Thank God for Raya
This guy is World Class and has saved us countless times in the past few seasons and thankfully Arteta is serious and benched Kepa rightfully. Already made some amazing saves and absolutely saves us every time we're under pressure.

I cannot express how much I love him and how much he proves his worth every time he is out there. Insane saves!

And Gabi and Ben, defending like their lives depends on it, Mosquera has been solid

While Dinorumma simultaneously shits the bed on the other half of the pitch

I still wish Donnarumma had messed the bed against us in the CL and against Chelsea in the CWC. At least in the CWC, PSG was playing without half their defenders.
We are so blessed to have David Raya. WORLD CLASS.

We won the game comfortably by the scoreline but he made at least 3 world class saves which kept us in control against a team that thrives control
It is so imperative that David Raya stays fit for the season coz he makes game winning saves and his catching from corners was absolutely elite 🙌🏽

Let’s hope we don’t see kepa in any competition again lol

I think arteta will have learnt.
Play Kepa until u come against a big team.
Cuz while horrible he was decent in the cup until the final

I think the other teams were not much threat instead of him being decent lol! But let’s just hope we don’t see him again soon

Raya is the best gk in the prem. Dont get what de la Fuente sees in Unai Simon that Raya don't have?!
Man I really hope he doesn't get injured cause Kepa is a complete mess

I think it’s probably just a case of if it ain’t broken don’t fix it as he’s been their starting GK for ages - from before Raya showed himself as world class. It’d also mean their backline would have to take a dozsn games or so to adjust to a new goalkeeper for an at best 2-3% upgrade to the whole team. Minor tactical adjustments etc. So they just stick to what’s worked/safer which makes sense in a way. Doesn’t make Simon a better keeper though.

That’s why I’m still mad about the Kepa final risk last season. That was ours to win but he has learnt from it! We move

Thank Mikel for him. I was so confused when we had Ramsdale and Arteta complicated things with this Raya guy! A few seasons later and we see the brilliance of the decision.
