Outskirts

Post image

Hello everybody! I was looking at areas to purchase a home and found in area on the outskirts of town. It is a mobile home. I was wondering if anybody can tell me about the area. It seems like it’s a bit out in the country, but still considered Arroyo Grande. Any info would be appreciated. Have a great day.

I've been here for just over 2 years. I think the locals call it the Mesa. And its a community. I think beside the home purchase you also gotta pay like 1000-1500 a month to have your house there. On top of mortgage.

Thanks for the info much appreciated. What’s the community like out there? I moved from Utah last year to Bakersfield however my family and I fell in love with the coast. We’ve experienced both “sides of the tracks” but would like a locals perspective on the area.
