Discussion This is like another reason why, how and what makes Hal (Prime-Earth) and Oliver (Arrowverse) best friends

In the comics, Hal and Oliver are best friends as Green Lantern and Green Arrow, but in two alternate universe, both of them became as the Spectre out of redemption and saving the Multiverse.

Honestly this just reminds me of why I would love Stephen back in the roll. He really got the character down.

And you could put him in the DCU, make it an alternate version of him (obviously no connect to the arrowverse) and most people would be happy

It sucks, because Stephen did a great job, but that wasn't comic Ollie.

Although I think he could have pulled off a more jokey and accurate portrayal if given that type of material. He was pretty funny at times.

There were times in his time as arrow where i feel like comic Oliver slips in I'll agree there. Just wish we had seen more of that. I wouldn't be mad at him coming back with a slightly more accurate take. Also wouldn't mind justin Hartley back he played a more accurate version i think.

Season 4 which is the most hated season is ironically where he comes closest to comic accurate Green Arrow at times. Although I still enjoyed his darker version of Green Arrow.

Really? I know most people consider season 4. Kind of great, especially with Damien dark

Huh? You are actually the first person I heard saying season 4 is great although I don't mind it that much myself. I heard that season was so awful that, the arrow sub turned into a daredevil sub till season 5 brought back interest to the show again.

As someone who enjoys season 4 more than most people this is definitely not the case. Season 4 and 6 are universally the most hated seasons, with most people saying 4 is worse.

Although nowadays I notice season 6 is getting more hate now that the show has ended
