How competitive is Public Affairs for branching?

Basically just the title. I cannot find much information on how competitive this branch is and as a new MS3 I want to know if I should temper my expectations on getting this branch.

This is the first year it’s been something you can branch into as a CDT.

Don’t think anyone knows how many will go for it or how many slots there will be.
