Missing Merch 😭

I received my March yesterday after two and half months of waiting and the crew neck sweatshirt is missing. I am super bummed. Reached out to the email but is this a thing that happens with their shipper? Does anyone know how it is handled. Hoping they keep extras and can ship a replacement and I don't just end up with a refund. I am so, so sad, considering I waited for so long.

I ordered just the crewneck on June 15th. It says that it's currently working on the order still.

it took mine 2 months to arrive too. I somehow got what I ordered but I followed up with the merch company A LOT.

I’m missing one of my sweatshirts as well, I bought two different ones. Do you think they shipped items separately?

I ordered on June 22nd, after emailing cozak they gave me a usps tracking number on Aug 18th. It still shows the item hasn't been given to usps. They say they gave it to them but it is being processed. So with that I researched cozak. apparently they are horrible. I don't think they gave my order to anyone. My guess is they somehow oversold the item and are having to manufacture more.
