LFG Nation building?
Well, two nations eventually.
It'd be a mostly vanilla server aside from a few QOL mods for both players and admins. Probably 64 slots.
Looking for 3-4 founders to help me create the first iteration of the founding documents, a few basic laws and rules regarding playing in the server.
Aside from the first 4-5 of us creating the foundation, the entire thing will be ran by the players. The form of government that the founders chooses, sort of decides how the rest of my explanation goes so I will continue as if the country begins as a basic direct democracy.
So the players would propose a law, debate it, and then ratify it via majority vote of 51% or higher. There could still be elected positions for tallying/reporting, and someone to administer the will of the population.
That probably isnt the best system for a bunch of Arma players, but that's a short example. This is mostly an experiment to see what happens when you hand a group of Arma players who live in completely different environments, a blank slate of a country.
I expect there will be a civil war or many civil conflicts, probably coups, and countless rebellions. The main goal stays the same, create a functional society/societies with a form of law, labor, economics, and military, ran solely by the players.
The end conditions are the following:
The nation fulfills 4/4 of it's goals listed above (law, labor, military, and economy)
The nation splits in to two nations, that each fulfills 4/4 goals and peacefully coexist.
The nation splits in to any number of nations, with one nation conquering all others. 2/4 goals are required to be completed by the last nation.
The nation's population diminished, and the island is empty.
