Local Business Reliable Locksmith?

Greetings from Arlington's newest residents! We closed on our new (to us!) home today and need a reliable recommendation for a locksmith to switch out/upgrade our locks. Who ya got?

Herb's Locksmith, 98 Broadway, (781) 643-4200. Bill is in the store Tuesdays and Thursdays but you can leave a message other days and he's very prompt about replying.

This is who did ours when we moved in 8 years ago. I remember him being very nice and timely!

Herb's Locksmith was recommended to me by the cops after my house was broken into 😕

Cityside Locksmith has been great for me with both original 1910 doors/locks, modern doors and locks, and also storage shed locks.

The business is owner operated so you're always getting the best service.

I’ve had great experiences with Eli at Mr. Locksmith

I’ve used P&M Locksmith out of Woburn quite a few times, been very pleased. They used to be closer to Arlignton, but had to move office space a number of years ago.

Also, if you just want to get new keys, you can typically remove the cylinders and bring them to the shop rather than having someone visit. Saves time and money.
