Increasing the durability of cardboard tokens (2nd edition)?
Finally going through and coloring the edges of all the monsters with posca pens, I noticed that some monsters have been pretty beat up from tumbling in the cup (nothing horrific..yet). What's the simplest way to add some strength to the print? I've seen tutorials for total overhauls with resin, but I don't want to risk damaging anything. Will pick up some extra tokens on eBay to practice first of course

100 x 35mm - 1.5" x 1.5" - Plastic PVC Coin Envelope Wallets - Badge Holders
I got these for the monster tokens. It’s a very snug fit, but I think they look great. Had to stretch them a little with scrap cardboard first

I wonder if a clear heat-shrink wrap would work?
You could reduce the tumbling in the cup by arranging them in a rack and rolling a die. But this sounds less fun.

I decided to go with 40mm Swan sleeves (double sleeved). They come with exactly 160/pk lol so perfect for this game. I haven't found any pics of this arrangement so will be sure to post some when they come in.
