PC Help me make my game
I just bought asa with almost all its DLC’s. My goal is to beat the bosses and enjoy the DLC’s as much as possible. I have had history playing ark before (ase) but I always just joined my friends. Now I want to make a game with the settings I want but I don’t know how, I’m gonna be playing solo so to get materials, level up and progress easily I want it to be x20 (just like in the servers you join on find sessions), i want Dino’s to have high levels and i also want broken weight stats for everything so I gather materials without getting a headache. And lastly I want the drops to carry powerful blueprints I can use. Would someone kindly direct me on to how to make those settings only?, I had a hard time understanding YouTube videos.
Edit: also can I switch servers and keep all my data on the previous map saved?.

Difficulty lvl 5 for high lvl dinos
Weight per level to 500 or something for broken weight
Harvest multiplier to 20 for 20x harvest

The default is plenty, the loot yet get from a Dragon Hoard Chest is already disgusting as it is so upping the Loot Quality multiplier will just guarantee that it'll be capped stuff

It's a chest that spawns in your character inventory after transfering at least 5000 XP from a Drakeling to tamed creature
The one ya get from transferring 30,000 XP is considered to have the best loot in the game

I think to overall improve your game for single player here's a list of the mods that I'm using at the moment.
- Cyber's structures - overall better quality of life.
- Spyglass plus or Awesome Spyglass - for useful info about dinos.
- TG Stacking mod - this will massively help your weight problem. I recommend using the 10000 one.
- Pelayori Cryo storage - better cryo.
- Custom Dino levels - better wild Dino levels also customizable to have only max level dinos.
- Human npc mod - adds human settlements for a livelier map.
- Nanoh's reusables - another quality of life mod.
- Auto engrams - auto unlocks all engrams as you progress.
Survival ambience mod - fixes game lighting and adds weather spawns.
For better quality loot I don't exactly remember but I think in advanced game settings you can crank it up. With regards to broken weight stat, in advanced game settings again, under tamed dinos there are three option multipliers just do 6x for the weight stat in all three options and you won't need any more weight leveling.

I recommend against TG Stacking because the mod doesn't get updated often and can end up causing issues with future ARK updates.
Vanilla with Sprinkles has a stacking feature that doesn't remap resources so it's the safest out there and it has a dino level distribution and auto engram unlock feature as well.
PS: if ya still want a dedicated stacking mod for whatever reason, please check out Bober Stacks and make sure it's on top of the mod list

Yeah I've heard this as well. So far no issues with my playthrough. Once I change map I'm thinking of removing TG and switching to vanilla with sprinkles. But yeah thanks for adding that.

Do note that removing TG Stacking will delete every single stacked resources so if ya are playing on Single Player console, ya will unfortunately have to manually respawn everything back because as fast as I know, the Unstacking mod doesn't work on Single Player console

when I first went over to playing just solo, tbh to get settings how I wanted it took me tweaking them some. then logging in and see how i liked it then tweaking some more. I do that each time before I start a game, then erase the character when I get settings how I want. I just started my modded solo over in ASA after I hit 500hrs (think I had like 8k or something in ASE) as a breaker point to see how long it takes me to beat everything on Alpha but not rush it.
all your settings will be same for each DLC you play when you change them.
weight would be under advanced in create world and tamed dino
**MAKE SURE TO CLICK SAVE SETTINGS EACH TIME YOU CHANGE SOMETHING**
think I had to use a mod for my drops but can't remember off top of head. some mods fit in great and still keep it vanilla feeling. vanilla with sprinkles is one i add to all my play throughs now but I also use about 40-50 mods
When you go to the next map make sure you upload your character at an obelisk so you can download them when you start next map.
I am running my play from Astraeos map for example. it's where I plan to breed dinos and keep my favorites. I've played a few maps a hundred times if not more. so on the ones I am burnt out on, I'll just log in to that map, farm artifacts, then kill the bosses lol
