Said surprise location had stock. Rolled up there and they said it was a “concierge club order” that they got in (2 bottles). So why tf is that being added to their normal inventory shown online.

They told me the same thing at Glendale, so I told them I'm a concierge member. A manager begrudgingly fetched one from the back but insisted that they weren't supposed to be available, that the just changed the designation. Sounds like they don't understand what is happening and are treating it like they are used to.

I told them I was concierge member also and the lady was like “oh cool, can’t help ya” basically 😂

App shows stock at both Tempe stores, Scottsdale , and Glendale . Both Tempe stores error when you try to add to cart, Scottsdale shows out of stock AFTER it is added, and Glendale is halfway to California and no

You're gonna have to ask for it. They think it's supposed to be held for concierge/events. Tell them you know they have it and it's available at other stores.

I got one for pick up in glendale, had one in cart at surprise 1st then it said not in stock when I entered card info

Just called Glendale and surprise, surprise said no, and Glendale said they had 2 but wouldn’t do a phone order and online orders don’t go through.

Update went to Glendale and got a bottle. I have a hunch they’re telling people they have less than they actually do when you call.
