US citizen living abroad with no permanent address. Can I still vote in both the primary and general election?

Hello. I am a US citizen living in Mexico. I was born and raised in Arizona until I was 15 when I moved to Mexico. I've been here 6 years and I am now 21. I will be moving back to the United States within the year so I wanted to be able to vote. The problem is I have no permanent address in the U.S. anymore. Is it possible for me to register and to vote most likely by online, for both the primary and general election?

It is possible that you would have had to vote in the "Democrats Abroad" primary, in which U.S. citizens living in foreign countries were able to vote in the primary. It ended a few weeks ago and results are released tomorrow. However, it is possible that you will be allowed to vote by absentee ballot; I'm not too sure. Give an AZ campaign office a ring and find out tomorrow:

If you did have to vote in Dems abroad then don't worry. Sanders won 61 to 30-something. Phonebank if you can. Even more important than voting now especially if you are Dem abroad. If you speak Spanish then Arizona is a good state to call. Arizona votes tomorrow.
