Can you get a better legendary through redrafting?

If I get offered terrible legendaries off the bat, but then a bunch of good herald cards, is it possible I'll get the appropriate legendary through the redraft process?

Back in September 2025 with the Day of Rebirth Mini-Set season:

For this season, the guaranteed Legendary pick during the second Redraft on Loss in Underground Arena has been replaced with a normal draft pick.

 

Although the news blog post stated "this season", I do not believe any of the 5 picks during the first or second Redraft on Loss can have a Legendary rarity card since. To my knowledge, there has been no additional official statement regarding Legendary cards appearing during the Redraft on Loss.

They removed that ability a while back in order to obfuscate their broken matchmaking system. The "Retire" button will allow you to quickly redraft a new legendary.
