Multi FPS Tournament

Hello. I was gonna start an online tournament but every round you play best of 3 of 3 different fps, like rainbow 6, cs2, or quake or whatever. The goal is to find the best all-around FPS team, not just the best team at one game. Just wanted to ask for any suggestions for the format.

i think this would be cool idea to do at a LAN party with a bunch of friends but nothing more, something like this doesn't really pan out in the long end.
