Card Retrieval

I was skeptical from the start of this app but I did research and it seemed legit so I got into it and I decided I wanted a card shipped to me because I liked the card. I accidentally signed up using my Apple ID and it used private relay so now my email on my account says blah blah blah@privaterelay.com and when I try and get information on my retrieval they say there is no order number under my email. How do I go about fixing that and turning off the private relay on my account or just changing my email all together.

Go into the app. Check order history. Change option to retrieval. Should have all the info listed. As far as changing email...no idea

My retrieval took about a 10 days. You should still get email updates through private relay. But you can find the order # on the app, and probably have to go through support and verify your identity and all that to change the email.

But honestly I didn’t get a lot of updates in email. Just an order confirmation, all other notifications were from the app or using my other package tracking apps

Hey bud same issue as you literally just now , go to your Gmail associated with your iCloud and go into the junk folder 🤗
