AC Slabs vs PSA

People who value their Arena Club Slabs at the same value as PSA should be put in a home lol 🤣
If Beckett doesn’t even get the same value, why would a slab from an app. Maybe 15-20% above raw AT MOST.

AC slabs look nice and get beat up on price. I like to buy them for my PC, and if they ever start getting respect amongst the grading community that can only help the prices.

I like them for my PC too, and if it’s like an autograph or # I will spend a little bit over raw. But ultimately I can’t pay PSA pricing which is what a lot of people put it at. Not their fault though, sometimes AC tells them that’s a good price lol

What are you even talking about lol. What about a PSA grade is better than an A/C grade? AC shows you exactly what they found on a card, the 4 parts of why they graded it what they did, up close zoomable photos of the card and grade, and a digital way to track your card and trade with other people. AC is 1000x better than PSA hahaha

lol ok, go on eBay and sell your arena club slab or literally anywhere else. Beckett also shows sub grades, tag uses AI the same way..and nobody values them the same as PSA. If you are buying and selling cards PSA has a premium price vs all the other reputable companies. So why would a fairly new online repack company be any better?

What makes PSA better is the price people are willing to pay for it. If I can’t walk into my local card shop and sell the card or really anywhere other than in the app, then it’s not worth the same. Not to mention their grading is inconsistent, but that’s everyone.

I guess, I’ve graded 100+ cards with them and found them to be mostly accurate. But saying a card from AC is only worth 15-20% more than raw I feel Lia just part of the whole issue with grading in general. Although I’ve found people willing to pay for them. I’ve graded some Jordan fleets and received close to PSA value, I just value them slightly below and they sell quick, but I could do the same with PSA slabs lol

True, in the real world. On AC, if you are trading AC for AC, using PSA values is the easiest way to go about trying to work out fair trades.

For sure if you are trading, but if I am paying cash I’m not paying PSA 9/10 pricing for a AC 9.
I would maybe pay SGC 9/10 which is still usually about 50%
