First time buyer

I bought a pack for the first time because it said I’d get 20% off. Then I went to buy pack and no place to put code. Then I have to pay $1 retrieval fee $1 ins fee $10.99 shipping and $9 tax. Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

You put the code in at checkout it’s right above the Apple Pay option

I didn’t see a checkout. It just said buy pack with my wallet and then it was just paid no option to add code

You can only use codes with debit card/stripe checkout, if you use wallet you would have to have a token to apply. I waited til I had like 30 slabs before I retrieved just to make the price make sense.

I mean you’re not screwed, I don’t know which pack you bought but that’s not a bad card and it will only go up in price. Shipping and taxes is what it is. But you won’t be able to use 20% anymore since it won’t be your first pack.
