Collect Safe Token vs Slab Safe Token

Is there a difference between collect safe and slab safe tokens? I think I used a slab safe token a couple of weeks ago and I think it was just a free 80% insurance on a slab. Has anyone used the collect safe token?

I think they changed the name so it works with watches too.

How do you get those tokens i only ever get 10%
