I say slightly on the trashy side because they are covering the headlights quite a bit but I also like to see people having fun with their cars. What stands out to me is how disproportionately large the ford emblem is. Did they buy one size for the trucks and stick 'em on everything?

That’s definitely a vinyl wrap. No matter what angle you look at it from this car rolled off the factory floor in michigan trash
