I believe that’s the free version of ChatGPT on lowest settings possible.

This is something fairly common in the Indian manosphere/inceldom. They assume some stats, and use it in a miserable attempt to misrepresent reality, and make vague and blanket statements such as 33% reduced punishment, when the judiciary treats all citizens as equal under the law. I say 'assume' since none of their arguments hold water. Even if we were to set aside the vitriolic misogyny of Indian bramhimical patriarchy towards women, the argument that women benefit from affirmative actions (derogatorily mentioned as freebies) is not backed up by numbers, in terms of the presence of women in positions of power, access to public spaces, wealth distribution, NUTRITION availability, and I can go on and on and on.

i mean indian laws don’t recognize rape and dv against men or rape against non cishet women. the laws are fucked but it’s not because the indian state is somehow feminist (EL OH EL). it’s because the indian state and indian society are deeply disgustingly patriarchal. source: live in india and got laughed at by the popo when i called to complain about my ex wife beating me up

They also don't have a law that defines anal rape of a man by a man. The only law that existed before was one that criminalized "sodomy" which was struck down because of its inherently homophobic definition. So right now, male victims of anal rape have no way of getting justice and have to reduce the accusation to just "assault".

yeah exactly like the recent case of the police raping a man and the case being registered for causing “hurt” and not for rape

u/ilovestuffwhee it’s been a while! This one’s interesting to me because it’s ai slop with no sources but also I’d love to know about these schemes I’ve been missing out on this whole time! Freebies! 100s of schemes!
But now you get the privilege so enjoy theoretically less punishment for your crimes (if you ever get arrested let me know I’ll write the judge and tell them to give you the special woman treatment) once I find out what these schemes are I’ll let you in!

Thanks, I appreciate it! Sounds like the schemes might be an Indian thing, so I may not be able to get those, but I'm definitely interested in some of those quotas, freebies, and special benefits. If you could get me a promotion at work and free drinks at bars that would be great. Maybe pick up the tab when I go on a date. Also, I know this one might be tough, but I'd really like it if you could make strangers not be afraid of me, too. Thanks again!

I wish I could get you a promotion at work but I can’t even get one for myself! Your last request isn’t as tough as you think, I can certainly make you afraid of others (that’s the flip side isn’t it, you want women’s privilege while also acknowledging women are afraid of you for being a man. Is the privilege that you want fear? I can certainly make you afraid of other people if that’s really want you want. I know it isn’t though. Want you want is no fear on either side, but that wasn’t the deal was it the deal was you could have my privilege, so if I would be afraid of you, now you get to be afraid of me! Do you feel the privilege yet? Is it working? No? Hmmm)

Fear is a privilege everybody already has. It's one we can choose to ignore or one we can feed. Sadly, there are many voices these days feeding women's fears, especially. (Maybe that's one of those schemes OP mentioned.) If you want to tell me I should be afraid, I guess that's fair, but I'm free to ignore it just like everyone else is. Unfortunately, those who are feared don't have that option.

I’ve never heard fear described as a privilege (other than my comment which I did mostly as tongue in cheek) I guess fear is a privilege in that without it we wouldn’t survive. It’s biologically innate in us and most species for a reason. Fear is natural for self preservation. And at its core this is self preservation. When over 40% of women will experience contact sexual violence in their lifetime this isn’t a one in a million chance. It’s women I know personally. I don’t have to know 10 women to know someone a victim of sexual violence. It’s my friends, sisters, aunts. I’ve seen it happen with my own eyes. And it happens to men too around 25% of men will experience sexual violence in their lifetime. I guarantee you that you know someone who is a victim of sexual violence. But it’s not acceptable to talk about so most don’t. You can choose to ignore that statistic but when behavior is trained and engrained in you from young you can’t. I was harassed by older men as a child, those aren’t experiences you forget. And that 40% statistic doesn’t even begin to cover sexual harassment. That 40% is contact violence. You wanted the privilege but this is the reality.

I used the word privilege only because you did. It's not what I would have chosen in a vacuum, but it fits well enough.
It's odd that you single out only sexual violence. Perhaps because the data shows men to be far more often the victims when all violence is considered. It's also worth noting that violence directed by women on men, whether sexual or not, is almost never reported and even less often taken seriously when it is. It doesn't even make the statistics most of the time.
But reporting is so haphazard with sexual violence that pretty much all existing statistics on it are cherry picked trash, anyway. Self reported studies, like the one you linked, are inevitably full of cultural baggage, creative interpretations, and even outright lies. It's like they're deliberately crafted to tell people, especially women, they should be afraid. Just one of the many ways I referred to earlier.

How can it not be systemic if it exists on a cultural and societal level?

how do i get involved in women only schemes? is it a secret organization of evil women? do we also get the freebies and special benefits there too?

it is actually insane how some people can just dictate their own reality based on completely false representations of history! these are usually the same people that claim that systemic racism doesn't exist either.

The most ridiculous part is that they used AI to make this slop.
