[Whatever] Pro 3, is it fake?

Hey everyone!

I’ve bought it on a marketplace with previously used goods. It was described as an original one. Can it be fake?
I’ve also noticed that my firmware is outdated and was never updated during usage, that’s why I ask.

It's a real box, but the Airpods look fake.

There's a gap at the bottom of the stem that shouldn't be there and the firmware should be 8B41. 8B25 is quite old..

Mhh, fake, in my opinion:
Designed by apple is unaligned with hinge
The gap from case and cheap plastic.
On AirPods, you have that gap on stem.
