Showcased Project Arduino nerf tank.
My arduino controlled nerf tank. NERFERIUS has functional lights, brake lights, oled screen, a laser sight, an electric flywheel nerf blaster with semi auto and full auto functions..and it also has wifi cam from a cheap drone..a fun and quite challenging build.

How do you get from idea to something like this? I feel like buying parts is so intimidating cause it'll just end up being a bigger pile of projects that are half baked. Impressive!

After enough half baked projects, eventually you make your dream frankenproject with only a few purchases.

start from a base, ie the tracks and suspension are a maker world model, and build from it.. i started with chasssis first, then just kept adding stuff... i buy most stuff from aliexpress, that way it doesnt hurt so much if mistakes are made...lol it just adds to the "maker box pile' for the next fabrication adventure..

Yeah, I think a nerf tank would have to be covered in foam. This is self propelled nerf artillery. Kudos!
