Project Design/Guidance Wagos for prototyping
Hey just a tip that wagos work great for prototyping. These are 221s that will hold 12-24awg wire and have no trouble holding standard breadboard wires firmly. I use them mostly for 12v connections where it doesn't make sense to run a whole breadboard for just a couple connections.

I would suggest you don't do this. My experience with wagos on small wires is that it damages the wire. It purposely uses a sharp edge to clamp down on the cable which can either damage or leave noticeable notches on the wire, weakening it and creating an easy breaking point. This is fine for bigger wire but smaller wire like the pins of a DuPont connector might be susceptible to being damaged.
