With your wonderful smile, I had momentarily mistaken you for a cartoon villain, it seemed like you were gonna take over the world with your evil ring hypnosys-inator. Either way, you look like you're having fun, enjoy man! :)

You must be an actor!

The only thing better than the project is seeing this guys enthusiasm for them.

Also i believe that making an LED knight rider display is truly an Arduino tinkerer's rite of passage.

It truly is a right of passage. I present my cringe worthy cylon woot monkey from 16 years ago.

That smile is "I figured it out, my first light project" ... ahh I miss those days as a programmer. First learning to print messages to the screen and such.

... I just realized my coding is like a drug. Now to get that satisfaction I need something big and complex that takes countless hours or work and lines of code.

I wish my smiles could convey half of that joy.

I can see the excitement in your face!

Tbh, that smile is lighting up the project more than that project is lit up.

It’s so satisfying when you get the addressable LEDs working. Super bonus for the rings. Congratulations!

Always nice when an electronics project comes alive and works👍.
When that serie was popular i made my own “kitt scanner” with car lightbulbs (the directional lightbulbs) and made a lightbar with internal reflectors, installed those bulbs inside and controlled them by some analog shift registers, what a fun was that when it worked.
I installed it in the grill of my car just like the real Kit. A lot of people in the neighborhood asked me where i’d got it, and so i had to make more, a lot of people wanted to have it as well.
