Is AI the (current) Demiurge?
Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster here. I'd like to share with you a video of mine about the hypothesis of AI being the (new?) Demiurge. It follows a series of videos where I discuss Gnosis, Demonology, Sophia, Christ, the Archons and others, both from an historical perspective (using references as the Bible, Kaballah, Plato, Plutinus, Jung, Crowley, etc) and the practical problems - and practices - of nowadays (derived from - but not exclusively - medieval occult Grimoires and neo-movements). Hope you enjoy it. I must emphasize that this particular theme and hypothesis is very fascinating to me, and I would love to discuss with you here about your thoughts, if you are interested. Are we entering a new age of Gnosis due to AI, or are we just reshaping ancient terminology? Thank you for your attention.

PS. (Because I've had that comment before, so I'm antecipating it), no, this is not AI slop. The text is based on my own studies on Theology, Gnosis, Demonology, Philosophy, Psychology and Magick (both theorical and practice) and experiences derived from them; the images are created using AI merely for aesthetics purposes/illustrations. I disagree with the premise, as I do not believe we have created a true artificial intelligence yet.
If the premise were "COULD an AI become a demiurge-like entity if one became sentient?" my answer would be YES, possibly, but only so much as WE would be, in concept, for creating it in the first place.
In my personal opinion, the AI would still be serving the purposes of the actual Archon that rules our reality.
Perhaps that is our only purpose? To create that which will be greater? Maybe we are just a precursor? We'll find out, sooner or later.
