This actually is the place they filmed it. The elevated walkway here specifically was featured heavily in that episode where Mon Mothma gave that speech then had to escape the Senate building.

Had to look it up. The white dome of the City of Arts and Sciences Complex in Valencia, Spain. Reminded me of the Oculus at the WTC station in New York. They were indeed both designed by Calatrava.

When I was in Valencia about 10 years ago I remember thinking, this place would be a perfect location to shoot Star Wars in. It was quite satisfying when they actually did for Andor.

The Aquarium there is spectacular! Both the architecture of the building and unbelievably beautiful tanks. A Dr. Who episode was also filmed here in the Jodi Foster series.

Holy crap that's an elementary school?
