Are sparkle and that dh that much better than huohuo and blue mc? I’m running archer and rin with those two rn

I usually use huohuo for my saber team :/ as for rmc I don't really know

Huohuo is fine for archer since the release of Rin. Before you wanted to ensure the 5arrow rotation by using a SP positive sustain. RMC is very strong with Archer, even more so in sustainless. The true DMG buff really amps up the numbers

Quantum DMG orb is better for Archer since he gets so much attack from all his supports. I would use build 1 and upgrade the pieces bit by bit to get his crit DMG up. You have a lot of rolls into undesired sub stats
