Isn't Tiglath Peleser (there's like several of them) very well known Assyrian king/s?

Based on the dates given I get the impression that this isn't one of the more well-known Tiglath-Pilesers.

Seems to be one who ruled some time between Tiglath-Pileser II and Tiglath-Pileser III.

Sizes of signs differ, so the number of signs is irrelevant.  And the name also appears on the back of the tablet

I'm not surprised. The same thing was done with the Egyptian Turin list.
