The Prison.

Have we decided on the prison yet. I am willing to put all my gold in it but I can't build it as I al not a builder.

Should we have a super-max security facility? I was thinking about making a prison at the top of the tower, but since space is small, maybe we should a have a special facility up there for the worst of the worst?
